Mike Thomas Preservation is a division of Mike
Thomas Building Services, established in 1986.
The Preservation Division was formed in February 2001 with
the vast experience of Mr J Gill (Certificated Surveyor in
Remedial Treatment) in order to provide local services for
all aspects of Building Preservation. For more information

Our offices are based in Cwmgors, which is situated between
Pontardawe and Ammanford and we cover all areas from Bridgend
to Carmarthen.

We are Members of the largest Damp Proofing organisation
in the country, the BWPDA (British Wood Preserving and
Damp Proofing Association). For more information click

Most leading Mortgage Companies require a BWPDA Member
to supply specialist reports on Dampness, Timber Treatment
and Wall Tie Replacement.
